Doctor in Construction Management with a focus on sustainable development of the existing building stock. Has studied, amongst other things, various factors that affect the renovation of multifamily buildings and the effects of the densification of cities.

My research area is nowadays anything concerning construction and sustainability. I am currently active in research projects regarding: reducing environmental impact in construction, building certification and probabilistic energy use simulation.

2014-2019          PhD in Construction Management, Lund University

Specialisation: Renovation and densification.

Main research area was factors to consider when planning for a renovation or a densification project. Methods for analysing construction projects included lifecycle profit and lifecycle assessment. Have been active in four research projects since the start of my PhD studies.

2007-2013     Master of science in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Lund University

Specialisation: Construction Management and Real estate Management.

Master’s thesis in knowledge transfer and group dynamics at contract firms (Byggmästar'n in Skåne), we studied group psychology and knowledge management in order to examine how these aspects can affect construction projects.

Specialisation: Group & vehicle commander, Platoon material manager.

Tasks: Group responsibility, bridge building, demining and group development.

Tasks: Course responsible in the two courses Construction and Facilities management. Responsible for master programme specialisation in construction management. Workpackage leader in a project regarding sustainable construction.
